Turtle Hurdles
Many National Park beaches, from those on Fort Matanzas National Monument in Florida, to those on Padre Island National Seashore, Texas, are prime nesting areas for endangered green and threatened loggerhead sea turtles. After laying about 100 ping-pong ball size eggs, the mother turtle returns to the sea. In about two months the eggs hatch, but the baby turtles face many dangers as they crawl to the ocean. Help this baby turtle through the maze of hidden dangers by clicking on the arrows to guide him. Be careful!
